Shipping and returns

Our normal turnaround on personalised items is 1-2 weeks however please see header at the top of our webpage as we will update this with current turnaround times.

We use Australia Post and Sendle for all orders.

If any item in your parcel was damaged during postage and you would like to submit a claim with Australia post, please do so within a 48 hour period after receiving your order. You must include photos of the original packaging and also the damage.

We do not accept returns of personalised items. Please ensure you enter correct spelling.

If you find a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and determine whether it can be returned and replaced. Please provide photos of both the product and the packaging. 

The item must be returned to us in an unused condition, including all original packaging. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during delivery and use tracked or registered mail to track your item. 

Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your item/s have been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.

Refunds and replacements will not be offered if you:

  • change your mind
  • decide you no longer like it or have no use for it
  • damage the product by not handling carefully as per our care instructions

Returns processing is approx 1-2 week turnaround.
